Return Policy for Get Custom Art
30-Day Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items with Issues Upon Arrival:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been processed.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, though they may take longer to reflect on your payment method. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
