- Small / desk & shelf scale (around 12x24 to 16x24 inch): Great above a desk, nightstand, or as part of a gallery wall grouping with other pieces.

As a rule of thumb, wall art should span roughly two-thirds the width of the furniture it hangs above (for example, over a 6 ft sofa, look for a piece 4-5 ft wide, or a grouped arrangement that adds up to that width).

About this painting
This print draws on one of Dalí's most recognizable surrealist images: the burning giraffe from his 1937 oil painting The Burning Giraffe (Kunstmuseum Basel), where a spectral giraffe engulfed in flame stands in a deep-blue twilight landscape beside elongated female figures fitted with drawers protruding from their bodies. Dalí described the burning giraffe as 'the masculine cosmic apocalyptic monster,' a premonition of the violence of the coming Spanish Civil War. The 'telephones' in this title likely references another of Dalí's recurring surrealist objects, though no single catalogued Dalí painting bears this exact combined title.
