What resolution does my photo need to be?

There's no minimum — you can upload any JPG, PNG, or WEBP file. Every photo automatically gets free AI upscaling before printing, so even a photo from an older phone or a small file will print sharp at the sizes we offer.

Should I choose a poster print or a canvas wrap?

A poster print is flat, ships rolled, costs less, and lets you use any frame you already own. A gallery-wrapped canvas is stretched over a wood frame and arrives ready to hang with no frame or glass needed. Both use the same archival inks and printing process — it comes down to budget and the look you want.

Do my prints come framed?

No — we don't sell frames. Poster prints ship flat or rolled so you can put them in a frame of your choosing, and gallery-wrapped canvases are stretched on a wood frame that hangs as-is without any additional framing.

Can I add text or a caption to my print?

Yes. After you upload and crop your photo, you can click anywhere on the image to add a caption in any of our Google Fonts, then resize, recolor, and rotate it exactly how you want. You can add up to 5 independent captions, each with its own font, color, size and angle.

How long does shipping take, and what sizes do you offer?

Every print ships free within the USA. Production typically takes 3-5 business days plus standard shipping time. We offer 7 sizes from 12x16 inch up to 24x36 inch, so you can fill a gallery wall or hang a single statement piece.

Can I print in landscape (horizontal) as well as portrait?

Yes — every size works in either orientation. Toggle Vertical or Horizontal before you upload and the crop tool adjusts automatically; it's the same print and the same price, just rotated to fit your wall.
